Return and Exchange Policy (EU Compliant)

We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. Please carefully review our return and exchange policy before making a purchase.

1. Returns and Exchanges Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags, labels, protective covers, and original packaging intact.
  • The item must be free from odors (perfume, smoke, etc.), stains, pet hair, or any signs of wear or damage.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
  • If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, clear photo and video evidence of the damage must be provided when requesting a return or exchange.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, or custom manufacturing reasons:

  • Underwear, swimwear, socks, hosiery, and face masks.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after receipt.
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing tags.
  • Final sale or clearance items.

3. Exchange Instead of Refund

  • We only offer exchanges, not refunds, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
  • If the item does not fit, you can exchange it for another size (subject to availability) or receive a discount on your next purchase.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer a partial refund or store credit.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a size issue or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

5. How to Request an Exchange

  • Contact us at info@eleastyle.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, a clear reason for the exchange, and photo/video evidence if the item is damaged.
  • We will confirm the request and provide return instructions.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange.

6. Additional Terms

  • If the returned item does not meet the conditions above, we reserve the right to refuse the return or offer only partial compensation.
  • Returns from outside the EU may be subject to additional customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
  • To minimize returns, we strongly advise checking the size chart before purchasing.

7. Restocking Fee
      All eligible returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted            from the total refund or store credit. This fee covers the cost of processing,                    inspection, and repackaging of returned items. Please ensure your return meets all        stated conditions to avoid additional deductions.
