Exchange Policy (No Returns)

We strive to provide the best service for our customers. Please note that returns are not accepted. However, if the size does not fit or the item is defective, you can request an exchange.

1. Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be in new condition, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
  • Exchange is possible in the following cases:
    • Incorrect size
    • Defective or damaged item
    • Wrong item received

3. Size Exchange

  • We strongly recommend checking the size chart carefully before purchasing to avoid the need for an exchange.
  • If the size does not fit, you can:
    • Exchange the item for another size (if available in stock).
    • Receive a 30% discount on a new order without returning the item.
  • Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer, except in cases of store error or defective products.

4. How to Request an Exchange?

  1. Contact us via email info@eleastyle.com  within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange.
  3. We will confirm the exchange and send you further instructions.
  4. Once we receive the item, we will ship the replacement.

5. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

An exchange will not be accepted if:

  • The item has been worn, washed, or damaged after receipt.
  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery.
  • The item was purchased as part of a final sale.

6. Who Covers the Shipping Costs?

  • If the exchange is due to a defective item or a mistake by the store – we cover the shipping costs.
  • If the item does not fit – the customer covers the shipping costs.
